Kee Chang (Plain)

Wrapped with fresh bamboo leaves, this dumpling is made from yellow glutinous rice without any filling. Another vegetarian delight, these dumplings are cooked in alkaline water, in a separate stainless steel container from other dumplings. Being plain, it can be enjoyed with such household breakfast spreads as peanut butter, jam or Nutella.

Char Siew Dumpling

‘Char Siew’ (pork roast) is typically the shoulder cut seasoned with a mixture of honey, five-spice powder, dark sauces and red food colouring. It is minced and wrapped in this delicious dumpling.

Black Pepper Chicken Dumpling

This dumpling uses chicken thigh combined with black pepper sauce and a dash of white pepper powder for that wonderful rich peppery and tangy taste.

Vegetarian Peanuts & Black Fungus Dumpling

This is a healthy new vegetarian flavour. In Chinese medicine, the black fungus improves blood circulation. With little flavor of its own, it absorbs the flavours of other ingredients it is cooked with. Its texture is slippery but crunchy. This dumpling is also enriched with protein as this is what peanuts are rich in.
